I have had some serious complications with one business in particular, AT&T. In recent months trying to set up a basic internet and cable package, setting up that ridiculously long service date, really two months for a hook-up. I waited patiently until my service installer was supposed to come and without a doubt did he arrive, "NO". I called customer service and was tossed around from supervisor to supervisor trying to locate the mistake and finally claiming that I never set up a date for installation , which was bogus, because I did the transaction in store. They promised me a discounted rate and free internet for a month, as I really attempted to keep my cool, I was later transferred to another office which I believe was in Bangladesh. Four and a half hours later all offers were off the table, it was my fault, and they were not claiming responsibility for their actions. and a new service activation was set in motion for five weeks. I hung up the phone and yelled so many unnatural words, I'm pretty sure are illegal in thirty-five, forty states. I took to their Facebook page and BBB and posted their lack of competence and ill mannered customer service, and within fifteen minutes I received a phone call with free service for four months and a $175.00 gift card. The very next morning my service was installed. I did all the right things call customer service and was treated like garbage. I guess when people can see and read a nasty message, it's not to good for business. I suggest they stop out sourcing their jobs and hire a more professional staff to handle customer service calls. I know I'm not the only one who has dealt with AT&T and their fantastic service am I ?

Hey,
I'm giving my input on what sites are geared more toward business relations and those towards personal use.
I see that these few are more on a business scale:
1. Linkedin
2. Angieslist
3. Facebook
I know Facebook is a social networking platform, but I see more AD's and business related marketing growing, more and more. I am sure it could go in either category.
These few sites are on the personal use aspect:
1. Twitter
2. OKcupid
3. Instagram
4. You-Tube
I know You-Tube is a video sharing format for personal use, but it could belong in the business section. They are increasing the AD's and I believe the ability to have your own channel will lead to fees put upon new members. I mean look what happened to Hulu, any acceptance or criticism is welcome.

Fellow classmates lend me your ears!!
I've always wanted to say that in some dramatic form as if I had secretive knowledge of epic proportions that could make you gasp in awe.. wait for it, wait for it, the pressure of waiting is killing me. I've discovered in my 27 years on this spinning rock that when people are talking about something alien to you, nod your head and gradually stare to the top left as if your pondering the importance of their.. ohh look a blue jay. I apologize sometimes my own nonsense makes me wonder off, I should probably see a doctor.
I chose this specific design not because it was on that approved list but because I believe it knew I would seek it out and discover it anyway. It was doing me a favor and I would like to say thank you. Actually the real reason I chose it was for the fact that you are looking at a time capsule of a simplistic lifestyle that the world has long forgotten. The television set flickering on a no signal station, cough, cough, that means T.V. shut off at night folks, no more stories, shows, infomercials, off finished, see you tomorrow. I understand that hard to believe for this younger generation, it's true google it. What also caught my attention was the old fashion phone, such a classic beauty, you had like 7 people to call, operator dial 3 please, good luck holding that thing up in the mirror to snap a duck face photo.
The colors on the wall are pale and chipped away just enough to give you that feeling of warmth, and comfort, like this house is old, but it has character and personality like the family dog. It honestly reminded me of a time that was easy and simple to understand for people in that era. As I look at it and write on it's face blogging to the world, it is a clash of watching the past slip away and the future taking a mighty hold. Then again it might be an expression of me this fading picture forever stuck in a time forgotten, hoping for the past to triumph the present, but then again a picture is worth a thousand words, if compelled to voice your thoughts shed some light on the situation.
Curiously, Steven Schuh
